The inaugural three-day Kirloskar ''Vasundara International Film festival'' will be held here from Septmber 18.The film festival will be organized by Rotary Club Aurangabad East, Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA) and Nisarga Mitra Mandal Aurangabad at the Tapadiya Natya Mandir.Addressing a press conference here yesterday at CMIA office, Nisarga Mitra Mandal, president Vijay Diwan said, ''The festival was aimed at creating awareness about the environment among the masses in Marathwada region.'' Noted wildlife expert from Pune Kiran Purandare will inaugurate the festival, to be presided over by water expert Madhavrao Chitale.The programme will also include presentation of Vasundara Mitra Puraskar, which is given to an organisation and two persons, who have carried out exemplary work in their prespective fields in the region, Mr Diwan added.
